Biochemistry Student & Virology Intern
Universidad de la República · Montevideo, Uruguay

About Me
I love to study viruses — how they interact with the host cell and how the immune system responds against them. My approach combines hands-on wet lab experimentation with computational molecular modeling.
I build this expertise by taking a variety of courses in Virology and related fields like Microbiology and Immunology, while simultaneously doing an internship at the Virology Department in my School.
In the future, I want to lead a group of 5–10 young graduates into developing vaccines in a creative new way against a broad spectrum of viruses.
